My wife and I travelled 3 1/2 hours to purchase a van and we were not disappointed! It was exactly as described. The boys were brilliant, helpful, friendly, no hard sell, I wish all garages were like this! It made what can be a stressful experience a pleasure. Hopefully we will do business with RMC again. I would highly recommend them! Everything was top quality.

5 years ago I bought my Nissan Note from RMC, before going abroad. They kept the car and serviced it for me to collect on my return.
For the next 2 and half years their excellent service continued.
After moving from the area I tried to find a decent garage close to my new address.
However, after a few poor experiences. I took the descion to travel back to RMC Autos each time for my repairs and servicing. (service and MOT prior to Christmas, and just collected the car after a cam belt replacement).
I’m pleased to say that nothing has changed. RMC are still providing excellent service in a friendly environment. In the end it’s all about trust and service.

I was after a low mileage and mint condition 3rd generation Honda CR-V, where I found RMC had two for sale on Auto Trader.

Glenn of RMC was quick to return my emails regarding the condition of the car as I was travelling 150 miles from Fife to buy the car and he assured me I would happy with the car. I paid a £200 deposit to secure the car and Glenn kept in touch to let me know when the car was fully serviced and MOT. Minor advisories also fixed.

When I arrived to view the car, a storm hit. He kept the car inside so I could view the car without getting soaked.

The car was actually better than described and after the test drive I decided to go ahead and purchase the car. A smooth and professional transaction. Glenn also sorted out the car tax so I could drive it away there and then.

It was clear from his stock that they only pick decent low mileage vehicles. Golfs, Mini convertible, other SUVs etc.

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car here.

This is the second time we have bought a car from RMC, the first being 3 years ago. When looking for a new car this time, RMC was the first garage we visited, and as it happens the only one. The service from the staff is amazing, professional, no hard sell and friendly. The 8 year old car is in fabulous condition and prepared and valeted to a high standard. In the future, RMC will always be our first stop.

Picked up my great mini from these guys only to have an unforeseen issue with the CD/Radio a day later. Contacted them and they asked me without hesitation to bring it back in. After a check over it is now booked in for a repair/replacement. Two great guys run this place who are professional and courteous. As of writing I would highly recommend this place and will undoubtedly use them in the future even if if I do live nearly 1 hour away.

This was the first time we have bought a car from RMC motors but hopefully it won’t be the last, the whole experience was flawless, stress free and so easy, from glen opening up the showroom on his day off just for us to view the car, to us picking up an immaculately prepared car just 3 days later, the car was one of those “unicorn” cars that you see around and wish you had one, all the right colours, trim, options, wheels etc and I got the feeling that they wanted to pull out all the stops to do this car justice and let it be all it could be, it is gorgeous….
It was everything he said it would be and my wife and I could not be happier, it’s certainly got the curtains twitching in our street

Recently bought a Ford mondeo from RMC. Extremely happy with the car and service provided from RMC. The car has been spot on. I got it checked from a local garage for the work done on it and everything was done and in check. Extremely trust worthy, they even put new brakes on as they weren’t happy with the condition of the old ones before I picked it up which is great as the car is used as a family car.

Can’t thank Glen enough for all his support and guidance with my car. I phoned this gem of a place on Saturday afternoon in major panic as I had an issue with my brakes on my car, Glen advised me to bring the car down on Monday morning for them to have a look at, not even an hour after dropping the car off they had successfully diagnosed the issue and talked me through the whole process from the issue, to fixing it, ensuring that they kept costs as low as possible for me, as well as making sure my car was safe to drive. I’ve just collected my car and it now runs as it should. Smooth hand over, and efficiently completed! I cannot thank you all enough! I have visited by Auto Trade website very first. Excellent service, really friendly staff and helpful. They have their own garage and take care of my car when I found out minor fault while driving. All sorted out very swiftly. Definitely recommend.

I have to say I am well impressed with it and so are my customers as I am a taxi driver and bought the car to comply with the new ULEZ emissions regulations in Newcastle.

Picked up my BMW 335d xdrive a week ago, the photos of the car looked great but was told to wait until I see it in person as it is stunning and they were right.

Firstly I would like to comment on how fantastic Glenn & Gary are at RMC. I seen a Focus RS for sale with under 3000 miles, extremely rare for a vehicle six years old, service records up to date fully documented. It was nearly a week before I could get to Newcastle to view, throughout that time I must have rang RMC Severn times asking hundreds of questions all of which were answered or information sourced. Nothing was to much for these guys, always friendly, reliable and totally honest something which is rarer than the vehicle I was sourcing. As a RS enthusiast the car had to have No imperfections what so ever and true their word the car was outstanding as new, better than the video, pictures and everything the team had explained to me. This car is what I have desired for sometime but just could not find one to satisfy my dreams, if I could give a ten star review I would without hesitation.

Picked up my new Focus yesterday and I am so impressed! Incredible customer service, everything well presented and they really have gone to the end of the earth to ensure everyone’s safety. The protections put in place due to Covid-19 are extensive! They have hand gel available, wipe everything before and after use and there are screens in the offices to ensure everyone is kept safe. Really would recommend!

The reason my review is a year later is because I’ve found with past cars the first year shows any problems with the car that you feel could be noticed by sellers. In 22 years of driving and purchasing cars, I haven’t come across a garage as perfect as this one. The car is amazing and both Richie and Glen where true gentleman to deal with. Both are very relaxed and easy to contact and talk to. The car came very well prepped, It was lovely and genuine too. I can’t say more … They will be used for servicing the car too, even though they are an hours drive away. Well worth the visit and purchase.
